Terms and Conditions - Bull AI

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, WhatsApp chatbot, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by VJR Prism Analytics Private Limited, having its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("Bull AI", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Scope of Services

Bull AI provides AI-assisted market insights, analytics, summaries, research-oriented information, and educational content relating to financial markets ("Services"). Bull AI MCP is a read-focused, OAuth-protected connector and API for bounded public-company and company-document research. It does not place, modify, or cancel orders, execute trades, or provide a trading facility. The Services are intended solely for informational and educational purposes and are not tailored to any individual user.

2. Regulatory & SEBI Disclaimer

Bull AI is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, broker, dealer, or any other regulated intermediary. Accordingly:

  • The Platform does not provide investment advice
  • The Platform does not provide buy/sell/hold recommendations
  • The Platform does not provide personalized or suitability-based guidance

Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to invest or trade in companies. You acknowledge that all decisions taken by you are at your sole discretion and risk, and you are advised to consult a SEBI-registered professional before making any financial decision.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

You acknowledge and agree that Bull AI uses artificial intelligence and automated systems, and therefore:

  • Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete
  • Content may be based on historical, delayed, or third-party data
  • AI models may misinterpret or oversimplify complex information
  • Outputs must not be treated as factual certainty or professional judgment

Bull AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated output.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
  • Certain features may require account registration
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or extract Platform data
  • Use bots, crawlers, automation tools, or APIs without authorization
  • Circumvent security or access controls
  • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Misrepresent Bull AI outputs as professional or regulated advice
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform content
  • Use Bull AI MCP or any Platform API except through an authorized client, with the scopes and rate limits that Bull AI has approved
  • Submit broker credentials, one-time passcodes, payment-card details, or other secrets to MCP tools, or ask the service to handle them

Bull AI may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Software, code, and architecture
  • AI models and logic
  • Content, text, graphics, data, and branding

are owned by or licensed to Bull AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services and Data

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services, tools, or data providers. Bull AI:

  • Does not control or endorse third-party services
  • Makes no warranties regarding third-party accuracy or availability
  • Is not liable for losses arising from third-party usage

8. Fees, Subscriptions, and Billing (If Applicable)

Certain features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Bull AI MCP access is linked to your existing Bull AI account and its current plan or entitlement. Where a tool requires a paid entitlement, you must already have an eligible paid account or entitlement; connecting an external client does not itself create a Bull AI account or paid entitlement.

Successful MCP tool calls may be metered and may reserve or consume quota or credits. Some utility calls may be zero-credit while still subject to request and rate-limit accounting. The service, your account, and the applicable plan controls determine the current quota, credit, and billing treatment.

The MCP connector does not provide an in-plugin purchase, top-up, subscription, plan-change, or upgrade flow. Use the Bull AI website or authenticated account billing surface for any purchase, cancellation, or upgrade; the external client cannot change your billing plan by invoking an MCP tool.

  • Fees are non-refundable
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • Pricing and plans may change with prior notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bull AI disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Accuracy or reliability of content
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bull AI shall not be liable for:

  • Trading or investment losses
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Reliance on AI-generated outputs

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bull AI, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Platform
  • Your violation of applicable laws

12. Suspension and Termination

Bull AI may suspend or terminate your access:

  • Immediately
  • Without prior notice
  • For any breach, misuse, or operational reason

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall cease.

13. Disclaimer Page (Incorporation by Reference)

Your use of the Platform is also subject to Bull AI's Disclaimer, available at: https://www.bull-ai.in/disclaimer. The Disclaimer is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part of this agreement.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Arbitrator: Sole arbitrator appointed by Bull AI
  • Language: English

Jurisdiction

Subject to arbitration, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

Bull AI may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
